Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Be in the original packaging (including tags, labels, and any accessories).

Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process

Contact Us — Email us at team@alynelondon.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Approval — Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label.

Shipping — You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). £3 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at team@alynelondon.com
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:
